Forschung und Entwicklung muss steuerlich gefördert werden

Gemäss zahlreichen Studien geniesst die Schweiz weltweite Anerkennung als eines der Länder mit der höchsten Innovationskraft. Ein wichtiges Element wurde aber bislang meines Erachtens leider ausser Acht gelassen: die steuerliche Förderung von Forschung und Entwicklung.
